Reviews and electronic signing

Confirming your disclosure review records your verification of the questionnaire answers. When completing native electronic signing, adopting your electronic signature and initials executes the disclosure forms under the federal ESIGN Act and the Pennsylvania Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Easy Disclosures is not a law firm or brokerage and does not provide legal advice.

Accounts and documents

Use your own account, share files only with authorized transaction participants, and upload only documents you are authorized to share. Do not use another seller’s identity or attest to a review or signature on their behalf.

Subscriptions and support

If paid subscriptions are enabled, checkout displays the applicable price and billing terms. Billing management is available to workspace owners. Contact support@easydisclosures.com for assistance.
