Easy Disclosures stores account details, property details, disclosure answers, review history, and supporting documents to provide the disclosure workflow.

Access and service providers

Your authorized sellers, assigned agents, and workspace administrators can access the files their roles permit. Platform administrators can inspect workspaces and documents; those inspections are audited. Google Cloud provides hosting, authentication, database, and document storage and optional Google Places address search. Resend delivers transactional emails. If subscriptions are enabled, Stripe processes payments; payment card details are entered with Stripe.

Your choices

You can export answers, remove documents where your role permits, and contact support about access, corrections, or deletion. Property deletion can retain private recovery records. Backups and document recovery copies may remain after deletion until their retention periods expire.

Electronic signing and audit records

When native electronic signing is used, Easy Disclosures records signer identity, verified email session status, packet-specific verification challenge IDs, viewed and signed timestamps, electronic consent version, and SHA-256 document hashes to produce a tamper-evident signing record and cryptographic seal for the transaction file.
